c64d299daf grafana: extract MESSAGE field in log panels

Details 
Use LogQL json parser and line_format to show only the MESSAGE
field instead of the full JSON blob in log panels.

Loki-based dashboard for tracking NixOS operations including:
- Upgrade activity and success/failure stats
- Build activity during upgrades
- Bootstrap logs for new VM deployments
