Document the new hostname and host metadata labels available on all
Prometheus scrape targets:
- hostname: short hostname for easy filtering
- role: host role (dns, build-host, vault)
- tier: deployment tier (test for test VMs)
- dns_role: primary/secondary for DNS servers
