HOMELAB_DEPLOY_ALIAS_* environment variables
- Clarify request/reply flow with UUID-based response subjects
- Expand NixOS module with hardening options, package option,
and configurable deploy/discover subjects
- Switch CLI framework from cobra to urfave/cli/v3
